Se establece con carácter permanente el Comité Nacional de Facilitación del Comercio (Comité), cuyo objeto es facilitar la coordinación entre las dependencias y las diversas entidades de la Administración Pública Federal para el diseño, ejecución y evaluación de programas y acciones en materia de facilitación del comercio, así como para la implementación y aplicación de las disposiciones del Acuerdo sobre Facilitación del Comercio con base en la normatividad nacional e internacional aplicable, dentro del ámbito de sus respectivas competencias.
